Being in Chile right now, two days away from the «cambio de mando», in which Michelle Bachelet will become the first chilean woman to become President, I can’t help but feel a great sense of pride and hope towards the future of this beautiful country. You can only imagine the immensity of the change that this country is about to go through, politically, socially, and in the head of every single man and woman that lives here. There’s still along way to go, as much in Chile as in the rest of the world, but this is a huge step.
